Nature Miramichi:

We have begun with Project Feeder Watch again this year. Friday past was our first counting day! Right on cue the Cardinal pair

re-appeared for the first time since spring as did the Red-breasted Nuthatch on Saturday!

“Gee you really have to jump through hoops to get a peanut around here!”

We had 5 Blue Jays yesterday as well as a couple of Mourning Doves and Four Chickadees. Quiet so far – mild weather I guess … no pigeons YET!
