Nature Miramichi:

WINTERWATCH

Deana and I travelled to Moncton yesterday (car appointment and sanitizing supplies for the ski club were our justifications!).

We stopped at a couple of places to check on birds. Well in Cocagne, near the bridge, we saw a Song Sparrow. Poor thing was

finding something to eat on a small patch of bare grass, perhaps the grass itself. We left some sunflower seeds for it, her is hoping it found them.
